Please read the policies related to returns, exchanges and refunds for products ordered through one health store.
We are happy to assist you for return of goods if there is something wrong with the order or for any reasons. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.
Our return policies are varying depends upon the products and category. You may find return / replacement/ refund policies under each products description pages.
You may raise a return/refund request by log into your user account or contact our customer support team (+91 99444 12122) from the delivery of the product along with the order number or return reference number.
Please ensure that the products are packed in original shipping box and packaging material/ original manufacturer’s packaging with labels.
If the product packing is damaged while delivery, then do not accept the delivery of that product and you may refuse to accept the courier. If after opening the package you discover that the product is damaged, the same may be returned for a refund. Please note that the replacement of product(s) depends on the availability of the particular product, in such cases we will offer a refund.
For cancelling the order,we would request you to write to our customer support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) by sending a mail or contact +91 99444 12122 with the order number.
The orders cannot be cancelled once it is shipped and you may refuse to receive the courier if it is already shipped.
In case Wrong Product Delivered:
If Wrong Size or Wrong Product delivered, the order will be replaced at free of cost and the replacement will be dispatched within 48 working hours of the returned product received.
However, full refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made in case the payment already made, if the product ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products back to you.
In the event the order/product is delivered and has been cancelled for refund due to product fault, delivery of wrong product, partial product, etc. the refund is processed.
In the event, where returns are not acceptable for particular products, the Website would clearly mention the same on the product description page.
If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations if the order is not shipped by us then the order shall be cancelled and refunded.
On receipt of request, within 2 to 3 business days, we will intimate you via email or call for a reverse pick-up by our courier partner based on your location and our logistics partner availability. In some areas, where our logistic partners do not provide pick up facility, customer will have to courier the product to us, In this case we may offer you refund for courier charge provided courier receipt to us.
Once the product is received by us in good condition, we will initiate replacement or refund process within 2-7 days to original source of account or cards.
Can I Exchange all items?

3.Healthcare/medical devices (Glucometer Lancet/Strip, Healthcare Devices and Kits, Surgical, Health Monitors and many)
4.Sexual wellness Products
5.Food and Nutritional supplements
6.Products/Items with Manufacturers warranty, In this case We will assist you to claim the warranty if products or items within warranty period

Refunds are processed within 2-7 working days after receipts of goods and it shall be done by NEFT/RTGS (Not applicable for Outside India Shipments)
It shall be credited to the same mode from which the initial payment was done
For COD orders the refund shall be done by NEFT or RTGS.
